Isabel ClarkeIsabel graduated from Cambridge University in 1993 and has since gained extensive experience in all elements of the marketing mix within a range of high profile sectors. She began her career at the University of Central England in Birmingham (now Birmingham City University) working in marketing and communications, gaining her CIM qualification. She then moved into motor sport initially at Silverstone Circuit and then McLaren F1 dealing predominantly with publications and advertising. From this she took a role in the media and spent six years at ITV Central as Head of Regional Affairs looking after the corporate PR, event management and community affairs for the Central region. Isabel has worked on some high profile events and campaigns including a series of Summer roadshows with ITV Central News, the national Pride of Britain Awards and the Midlands Media Awards. She also worked as Director of Communications for Business Link West Midlands focusing on development of business support for SMEs across the West Midlands, including those businesses from the rural and tourism sectors. |
